WHAT CHA GIT : Energetic frontman with a great sense of humor who loves to take risks. Every performance is different from the one before. Gregg has been entertaining audiences since 1984 and won't stop until his heart does. 

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS : Whether it is producing his own benefit concert for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, volunteering at the Special Olympics, Bowling for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, or teaching under priveleged youth vocals @ Albany NY's "Keys for Kids" program, Gregg is always willing to give back to the community.

JESSE STEWART: Vocals - Jesse grew up in Duanesburg, NewYork where she  began singing at the age of 4. Jesse learned to sing and play guitar from watching her father in their basement of their home. As she grew up, she wrote about her life experiences as a teenager, and later as a mom of two. www.jessestewartmusic.com  Jesse recently opened up for the Hank Williams show at the Capital Repertory Theatre and her music has been played on several local area radio stations including WEXT 97.7FM , PYX 106.5FM , 91.1FM , 107.7FM and on www.Crumbs.net .  Jesse has also been featured in several local area newspapers including, The Daily Gazette, The Troy Record, The Metroland, and  was voted one of the top 3 Country artists in the Times Union's "The Best Of 2008" 

LATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT:   Jesse auditioned for NBC's Nashville Star in June 2008 and juuuust missed the final cut. Hopefully with the experience she gains singing with Loose Cannon Live!, next year we can say we knew her when !...

DAVE MESSICK - Lead Guitar
AKA : "Hurricane Dave"

WHAT CHA GIT : The fastest fingers in the Capital Region.  Daves guitar sound is like Brad Paisley meets Dale Earnhardt Jr... "Hurricane Dave" is also known for the "Messick Move," a must see at all Cannon shows!

HOBBIES : Dave enjoys renovating houses, fishing and teaching guitar.

INTERESTING FACT:  In his younger days, Dave played guitar in a Judas Priest tribute band and was featured in an independent movie called "Tribue :The Movie." You could see Dave on HBO and Showtime....if you were up late enough ! But all in all, we have a bonified movie star in the band.

WHAT CHA GIT : Simply put, Jimmy is a master technician on the guitar. Shut your eyes and you'd think it was the original. Jimmy is known by his peers for his precise riffs and acoustic guitar skills.  "Jesse James" is a versatile guitar player who can play all styles of music. 

GREATEST ROCK N' ROLL MEMORY: Hanging out with THE ONE AND ONLY Stevie Ray Vaughn at a nightclub called "Allens" in Glenville NY swaping road stories and doing shots of Alabama Slammers!

BRIAN SPRINGBORN - Bass, Vocals
AKA: "The Matrix"

WHAT CHA GIT :  Brian brings a number of things to the table. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music majoring in Piano Performance. "The Matrix" is also proficient at several instruments and had worked with several national artists on many different levels. He writes arranges and produces his own music and plays most of the instruments himself. He lays down a rock solid meter, has a 4 octave vocal range and can slap that bass like no other. You never know what this guy's going to pull out of his hat while he's on stage! Usually though, its a Budweiser!

KEVIN MAUL - Pedal Steel guitar, dobro,
AKA : "The Man Of Steel"

WHAT CHA GIT:  The most sought after pedal player on the East Coast, Kevin is the best of the best. Pedal steel players are hard to find in the Capital Region and Loose Cannon Live! have themselves a winner.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:  Kevin Maul was part of Folk greats Robin and Linda Williams's band for over nine years.  He's performed with Soul/Blues icons the Holmes Brothers and has shared the stage with people like Greg Brown, Tim O'Brien, voodoo blues king John Mooney, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Vince Gill, Chet Atkins, dobro master Jerry Douglas, and the Everly Brothers. He's been a frequent guest, along with Robin and Linda Williams, on Garrison Keillor's "A Prairie Home Companion" radio program as well as Mountain Stage, E-Town, the Grand Ole Opry and TV’s Austin City Limits.

WHAT CHA GIT: Pure Sizzle, Craig is the quintessential violinist who takes jazz licks and incorporates that into an exciting Country feel. Completely original.

DAVE LAUREY  - Sax, Vocals
AKA: "Pick Up Truck"

WHAT CHA GIT: Soul,  rippin' saxophone solos, veteran leadership, and a baritone voice that would give Trace Adkins a run for his money.

BACKGROUND: Dave has been a part of the music scene since the Sixties traveling across country with show bands, and finally settling down in the Capital District. Dave was also the 6th member of the Dave Clark 5, because his name was Dave, he wasn't allowed on stage. What a shame, the dave Clark 6 has a better ring to it.

LARRY FINKE - Keyboards
AKA: "Larry the Keyboard Guy"

WHAT CHA GIT: An enormous array of sounds, Honky Tonk piano solos, vocals  and an energetic show.

YOU MAY NOT KNOW:   Larry hails from Pittsburgh PA where his father taught him 3 chords on the piano and he just took it from there. In high school Larry was in the student band as well as choral director.  Larry also went on the road and traveled from NY, FL, Arkansas, Nebraska and everywhere in between with several show bands in the 80's... which is why he can't remember the names of them ! Larry also likes to fish, excersise, and of course, play music.
